Is there a certification process in this ecosystem?

No certification, diploma or other similar procedures are necessary to start practicing after having followed a Masterclass or similar. Practitioners are encouraged to start practicing as soon as they feel done, or even slightly before! Experimentation has shown that the system is failsafe.

The iterative trial-and-error approach that is the hallmark of the system is important for the new practitioner in affording the necessary hands-on experience that leads to developing competence. Lack of (initial) competence does not however lead to damage being done. Nothing simply happens! When competence is gained though, this invariably leads to constructive results for the client.

All trainers are responsible for practitioners in their branch, to support them through the done process and open spaces of exchange if any adjustments are necessary afterwards.

The done process essentially means that the practitioner is done when both the practiotioner and the trainer feel that he/she is done.
