LoveinBusiness system, moneywork, sourcework and Peter Koenig

LoveInBusiness System

A system of three interlocking approaches for accelerating transformation in business, organisational, personal and therapeutic processes; and for advancing consciousness in general.  These three components can be used separately or together.

The underlying purpose is to help people connect and remain connected with their inner source of inspiration; and so to successively manifest their unique life purpose, contribution and projects.

At the level of organisation, the application of the three approaches creates clarity about the organisation’s founding purpose as well as the order in which initiatives and collaborative relationships were born and thus how they fit together.

This will naturally encourage people to express their source energy within the enterprise (intra or entrapreneurship).

They are:

  1. Using the relationship to money, and money itself, as a precision tool for diagnosing the next emerging step in an individual’s or an organisation’s evolution.

    Specifically, making use of money’s characteristic as a neutral medium on to which ideas are projected.

  2. The reclamation of projections (on to money or anything else)  that were hitherto unconscious; and the corollary, making conscious use of projections for constructive purposes.

  3. The application of the principles of “Source” as researched and developed by Peter Koenig and others in his system.

The first is known as “Money Work” or moneywork, the second as “Reclamation Work” or reclamationwork and the third is called “Source Work” or sourcework.

These approaches integrate simply and harmoniously with all personal and organisational development methods that are applications of timeless natural wisdom and knowledge. When combined it usually accelerates the effects and results of them.

In giving these three a generic name (LoveInBusiness system), and its components other names, it is not intended to “monopolise” these processes.  On the contrary, the purpose is to encourage the experimentation and multiplication of their use.

When can these three interlocking methodologies be useful to you ?

Money Work:
– to address money questions in an innovative way and align money flows with your purpose & intentions;
– to work on conflicts, tensions or absence of constructive conversations around money in your collective/organisation/family;
– to enrich coaching and therapeutic processes;
– to design or review your money flow models;
– to design or review your remuneration system;
– to set and review your prices.

Money Work usually takes the form of sessions with individuals, group seminars, team coachings…

Reclamation Work: same as above + all situations related to relationships and collaboration in general.

Source Work:
– to work on issues related to power, authority and responsibility;
– to review or fluidufy governance systems;
– to support all individuals in a team to re-connect to their calling and unique contribution;
– to support transmission processes;
– to fluidify collaborations and create clarity on who does what.

Source Work usually takes the form of group seminars, coaching with founders, team coachings…

MONEY WORK

What is Money Work?

A simple and powerful tool to free yourself and your money!

The Money Work represents over 30 years of research, development and refinement of a simple and quick methodological tool that individuals can use to :

  • approach, address and resolve issues and increasing contradictions they find themselves confronted with in the current societal transition;
  • realign themselves;
  • directly contribute leadership to the communities and organizations of which they are part.

It offers an illuminating framework to:

      1. Understand one’s experiences and choices in real time, become conscious and responsible of one’s situation.

        2. Apply a simple and safe intervention mechanism that serves as a “deconditioning” to break the hold of repetitive patterns. This re-appropriation process goes beyond beliefs and addresses the identity level (i.e. who you think you are).

        It is not therapy, not coaching, not healing but at the heart of change.

        3. The method is quick and simple, sometimes disarmingly so for those who believe that change processes must necessarily be long and hard.  This has been achieved through continuous reduction and refinement over the years.

                What distinguishes Money Work and Reclamation Work?

                Reclamation Work was born during Peter’s research on the relationship to money. Reclamation Work however includes all life aspects and is not solely focused on money. Often these other aspects appear from dealing with money issues too but that does not necessarily have to be the entry point.

                In Money Work, money is the medium of projection whereas in Reclamation Work, many other mediums of pojection are explored (specific people for example). When the origin of the process is money, working on other life aspects that emerge then have a direct effect on the relationship to money and the person’s money reality.

                Point of fact: all therapy and coaching work, when it is successful, is essentially a reclamation of parts of a person’s identity that have been dissociated, whether the tool used is Reclamation Work or another method. Our method with phrases does not heal the deepest levels of trauma, in that case other therapeutic methods are necessary and conversly, many situations of blocage can be resolved with Money/Reclamation Work rather quickly and without needing trauma therapies.

                Background to the Money Work

                The present culture and structures relating to work, time and money in Western civilisation, and the institutions holding them in place, date back to the onset of the industrial age 300 to 400 years ago. This era’s foremost goal seems in hindsight to have been primarily focused on advancing material wellbeing.  This has on every count been an extraordinary success. From railroads to central heating, cellphones, the internet and fibre optics there is nobody today who is not benefitting from this evolution.

                With the gradual conclusion of this phase however we are now encountering a convergence of social, financial, economic and ecological crises, which behaviours inherited from this era are not only inadequate to resolve but may even be exacerbating….

                SOURCE WORK

                The ‘Role of Source’ is an ongoing work-in-progress since 2009, researching the principles by which founders organise and materialize their enterprises, projects and initiatives.

                The research is not ‘scientific’, in the sense of departing from a preconceived hypothesis and seeking to test this, rather empirical and ‘postconceived’, in the sense of starting from zero, listening to founders’ stories and experiences, attempting to distill out and describe the common, universal threads; submitting the distillation to test in further iterations. (cf. ‘Action Research’, Kurt Lewin).

                The significance of this work is not in its discovery of anything new, but in its emphasis on attempting to articulate and make transparent ‘source principles’ of organisation and materialisation that have always been present, and are universal. This as a helpful alternative or complementary lens to conventional management principles which have been successful in the industrial era for creating economies of scale in linear goods production but now in the digital age hit serious limits.

                The Key subjects of the sourcework research

                1. Order. The natural order of organisation from the founding moment of an initiative; in terms of the positioning of engaged people to the founder (or linear successor of the founder) and to each other. The natural flowing emergence and materialisation.

                2. Collaboration. The basic conditions of satisfaction that appear to have to be fulfilled, in order for collaborations to succeed well.

                3. Succession. The elements of process that result in a succession where the torch is really passed on, and the telltale signs to indicate this has happened, or not.

                When is this lens useful?

                While still with lots more to research the ‘lens’ offered by this research can be, and is already being, very effectively used to:

                – explain and understand why and how organisation flows well and easily when this happens instinctively; in order to consciously replicate this state;

                – quickly and precisely identify, understand the consequences of, and introduce corrections, where the natural order is not followed.

                Likewise where intended collaborations or successions have failed to materialize.

                Meet Peter Koenig

                Peter, the source and founder of the LoveinBusiness ecosystem

                Peter Koenig's story

                In 1981 after an MBA course in Geneva he had a spiritual epiphany that led him to start investigating how money affects human potential and striving, and how love – in all its aspects – might be integrated into the practice of business. He defines business as “any activity where money in any currency flows in exchange for goods and services”…
