Interview at the Ouishare Fest 2021

Peter Koenig is interested in unconventional business, the kind of business where you create love. He spoke at Ouishare Fest 2021 on the panel “Organisations with no hierarchy don’t exist. Let’s deal with it”. In this interview, he mentions a few points that were particularly striking during the discussion : Every organization has a hierarchy, which originally means a “sacred order”. Every organization has one “source”, i.e. one leader, and there is no such thing as “co-founders”. The source is the one who bears the entire responsibility for what’s done with the organization.
